The Committee received a letter from the Council of Judges of Ukraine regarding situation with indebtedness to judges in connection with liquidation of courts according to the Law “On the Court System and the Status of Judges.”
People’s deputies drew attention to the fact that the Council of Judges sent to the Committee the bill on amendment to the Law “On the Court System and the Status of Judges” aimed at liquidness of debts to judges of liquidated economic courts, military courts, appeal courts, etc.
The Committee members unanimously took the decision to support and put this bill into the consideration of Parliament.
